Shipping & Washing FAQ

Why are you taking so long?

Orders will take longer to arrive than others, But we aim to get all orders sent out within 2-3 days of being ordered although this can take up to 14 working days if an item is out of stock.

At busy times orders can take bit longer to arrive but we will always contact you and let you know if we’re having any difficulties .

We will only replace missing orders after 30 working days (Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays)

 

 

Care Instructions

We only use the finest and softest cottons for our clothing range, and to preserve them, it’s important to look after them properly.

Firstly you should only ever wash your T-Shirts and Jumpers with other, similar colours.

Always wash cool (no more than 30 degrees), and line-dry only – never tumble dry.

We will not refund / replace orders that have been damaged whilst being washed .
